In addition to full time position, we work for our advisory business with a network of council members, who contribute on a project basis to our advisory or transaction base mandates. Council members are remunerated on the basis of shared fees depending on their contribution to the mandate and its origination. They will be informed of mandate corresponding to their particular area of expertise and are also incentivized to bring their own mandate and tap on the common expertise of Nextearth council members.
